PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice seedling planting machine of light car body structure having a high floor and a wide step easy for a worker to get on and capable of stably travelling for the work, while travelling in a deep muddy cultivated land. SOLUTION: A floor frame 2 for supporting the step floor is provided over a car body frame 1 of a car body, and the floor frame 2 is structured of a front frame 9 provided on a front side of the car body, a rear frame 4 provided on a rear side of the car body and a side frame 10 for connecting both the frames 9 and 4. An outside frame 17 for supporting an outside floor 16 is arranged outside the floor frame 2, and a front part of the outside frame 17 is supported by a rice seedling frame support frame 15 for supporting an auxiliary rice seedling loading frame 14 by projecting outside from a front axle housing 11, and a rear part of the outside frame 17 is supported by a projecting frame 13 projected outside from the rear frame 4.
