PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure for a vehicle with the safety from a side collision further improved. SOLUTION: The door structure for the vehicle is constituted such that it is provided with a door panel 120 provided on a door opening 10a formed on a side part of the vehicle 1; a frame 130 having both ends fixed to a front end and a rear end of the door panel 120 respectively and having a closed cross section on at least a part of the lateral cross section; and a movement restriction part 200 connected to an intermediate part of the frame 130 and an inner peripheral edge of the door opening 10a respectively and restricting movement of the door panel 120 into a cabin side relative to the door opening 10a.
