Bone distraction device having a curved structure is provided to extend in a length direction, to respond bone loss part in variously curved bone, and to reconstruct the loss part by comprising a guidance slit to move a movable element along the curved part of the bone and making the movable element to be fixed to the bone. The device comprises: a main body(2) that is extended in a length direction to have a curved structure responding to a curved face of a bone requiring extension has a guidance slit(6) giving a route for moving a movable element along the curved face; and the movable element(4) that is inserted into the guidance slit and has one end connected and fixed to the bone requiring extension. The main body has first toothed part(8) on one side of the guidance slit and second toothed part engaging with the first toothed part on one side of the moving element which is coupled with the guidance slit.
