An assembly illumination block and an assembly illumination apparatus using the same are provided to change an illumination apparatus into various types according to an atmosphere of an office and a home by stacking an illumination block which absorbs and penetrates light source selectively. An assembly illumination block includes an optical absorbing unit and an optical penetrating unit selectively. The assembly illumination block is formed as a cube. The illumination block is made of one of an acrylic material or a glass. The optical absorbing unit and the optical penetrating unit are partially or totally formed on a plane of the assembly illumination block. The optical absorbing unit is formed by a sanding process and a corroding process.
