PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast reception device by which an audience or the like can efficiently listen or the like broadcast content. SOLUTION: A radio receiver 1 has a first storing means 13 for recording a decoding signal as a record signal, a second storing means 16 for storing time shift data including a data combination of shift original time data indicating a record time frame recording a record signal and shift destination time data indicating a reproduction time frame which reproduces the record signal, a timer means 15 composing so as to output a current time indicating a present time, and an output means 12 composing so as to selectively input and reproduce the decode signal or the record signal. The radio receiver 1 is composed so that the record signal is reproduced within a reproduction time frame, and the decode signal is reproduced out of the reproduction time frame.
