PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifuge separator capable of efficiently discharge dew droplets remaining in a chamber outside with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The centrifuge separator 100 comprises a rotor 1 rotating while holding a sample 2 to be separated, a driving apparatus 5 for rotating the rotor 1, a chamber 11 for housing the rotor 1, and a cooling apparatus (a freezing pipe 9) for cooling the rotor 1 and in the centrifuge separator 100, a cylindrical rising part 12 which approximately perpendicularly stands up is installed in the bottom part of the chamber 11 and a drain hole 13 is opened in the outer peripheral face of the rising part 12. Further, a drain pipe 14 connected to the drain hole 13 is formed while being tilted in the direction in which the air blow generated in the bottom part of the chamber 11 by rotating of the rotor 1 is received.
