PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying packaging bags which can automatically supply every group of packaging bags to a packaging bag feeding apparatus, and contributes to reduction of labor of operators. SOLUTION: A number of magazines capable of laying down a group of the packaging bags and placing them so as to pile them up, a first moving means successively moving downward the magazines held at specified intervals in the vertical direction at a set position, a transferring means for transferring the magazines moved to the lowermost position of the first moving means in the horizontal direction, a second moving means for successively moving upward the magazines forwarded by the transferring means, a forwarding means for feeding a group of the packaging bags placed on the magazine forwarded at the uppermost position by the second moving means so that they are connected to the tail end of the packaging bags stored on the belt conveyor of the packaging bag feeding apparatus, and a transporting means for returning empty magazines to the set position after the packaging bags are fed, are equipped.
