<p>The nozzle has a brush unit (11) arranged on an air flow-inlet area and on longitudinal sides of suction slots (8) of the nozzle, where the brush unit is detachable with the lower region of nozzle. The brush unit is extruded on a carrier of the nozzle by a plastic injection molding process and is fixedly connected with the nozzle. The nozzle and the brush unit are made up of two different plastics. Brush-like flexible small pegs are provided on top side of a base plate of the brush unit and possess a length of 1.3 to 1.8 millimeters. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a brush unit with base plate (2) a vacuum cleaner nozzle manufacturing method.</p> |
