A diecast equipment and a diecast method which can increase a ratio of an amorphous phase contained in a molded article are provided. A diecast equipment comprises; a sleeve(104) extending in a vertical direction; a plunger that moves upward in a vertical direction within the sleeve; a mold disposed above an upper portion of the sleeve; and a metal material heater(113a,113b) for heating a metal material(200) disposed on the plunger to melt the metal material. The diecast equipment further comprises: a case member(115) for covering the sleeve, the mold and the metal material heater to form a space including the sleeve, the mold and the metal material heater as a closed space(115a); and a communicating pipe(114) for connecting the inside of the closed space to the outside of the closed space. The mold is divided into an upper mold(110) and a lower mold(109) in a vertical direction, and the upper and lower molds form a mold cavity(117) extending in a horizontal direction. The upper and lower molds form a plurality of cavities which are symmetrical to each other relative to a center line of the sleeve extending in the vertical direction. The plunger includes a plunger tip(105) at an upper end thereof, and the sleeve and the plunger tip are made of graphite.
