A co-generation system is provided to readily design a heat medium pipe of a heat pump type air conditioner, thereby reducing a system construction cost. A co-generation system includes a generator(51), a drive source, an exhaust heat recovery apparatus(60), a heat pump type air conditioner, an exhaust heat supply heat exchanger, and an air conditioning heat medium flow shift apparatus(150). The drive source drives the generator. The exhaust heat recovery apparatus recovers exhaust heat of the drive source. The heat pump type air conditioner has an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. The exhaust heat supply heat exchanger transmits the exhaust heat to the heat pump type air conditioner. The air conditioning heat medium flow shift apparatus shifts flow of the heat medium between the heat exchanger, the outdoor unit, and the indoor unit. |
