PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EGR gas air conditioner using a bellows-like heat exchange tube and capable of improving durability and heat exchange performance. SOLUTION: An inner pipe 16 forming an inclined guide A18a forming a clearance 9 between an internal wall of the heat exchange tube 11 and it and opened inward toward a gas inlet 17a side and an inclined guide B18b opened inward toward a gas outlet 17b side is arranged in the bellows-like heat exchange tube 11 to form a double tube structure, constitute a part of a trough part of the heat exchange tube 11 as a deep trough part 14, bring it into contact with the inner pipe 16, and prevent vibration of the heat exchange tube 11. Exhaust gas can circulate in the inside and the outside of the inner pipe 16 in the heat exchange tube 11 to promote heat exchange on an external wall of the heat exchange tube 11.
