PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a earthquake resistant structure of a wooden house capable of preventing the wooden house lift performance including the foundation from the ground in the case an earthquake occurs. SOLUTION: The earthquake resistant structure comprises a pipe material 2 extended into the ground by passing through the foundation 1 of the wooden house, a core material 3 inserted in the pipe material 2, an anchor section 4 solidified in a state to widen a diameter in the vicinity of the lower end section of the pipe material 2 and a retaining means 5 fixed to the upper end side of the core material 3 and retained to the foundation 1.
