PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed paper with correcting curl even if master paper is wound in a roll shape. SOLUTION: In a paper feeding device for a plate making machine delivering master paper fed by a feeding roller to a charging part inlet roller by a rotation feed of a paper feeding roller after cut by a cutter, the master paper is constructed by paper base including conductive aluminum foil on a reverse side surface of a photosensitive layer, rotation circumference speed of the paper feeding roller feeding the master paper is set higher than corresponding circumference speed of the charging part inlet roller, a loop of the master paper is formed between the paper feeding roller and the charging part inlet roller, a paper feeding part outlet upper roller guiding a tip of the loop to a position of the charging part inlet roller is provided, and a paper feeding part outlet lower roller correcting curl of the master paper by changing separation distance of the paper feeding part outlet upper roller from an operation apparatus is arranged below the paper feeding part outlet upper roller.
