<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high concentration α-lipoic acid water solution and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: As a solubilizing accelerator for the α-lipoic acid, a modified cyclodextrin or a natural cyclodextrin and a solubilizing auxiliary agent are used. Thereby, the α-lipoic acid water solution and its manufacturing method are easily and simply obtained.
