A plasma display apparatus is provided to reduce weight and manufacturing cost of the plasma display apparatus by using a coupling unit formed on a plasma display panel. A coupling unit(310) is formed on a rear of a plasma display panel. A driving unit(320) is coupled to the coupling unit to apply a driving signal to the plasma display panel. The coupling unit is formed to be projected on the rear of the plasma display panel with a predetermined height. A coupling hole(322) corresponding to the coupling unit is formed on the driving unit. A coupling groove(312) is formed on an end of the coupling unit. The coupling groove is coupled to a coupling member(330) passing through the coupling hole to couple the plasma display panel to the driving unit.
