A washable pack cosmetic composition is provided to show excellent spreadability and adhesion, be able to minimize physical stimulus of peeling off pack due to washable type, show excellent skin moisturizing capacity after use and long term storage stability. The pack composition comprises a mixture of water soluble polysaccharides such as oligosaccharides and sugar alcohols and polyols such as glycerin, 1,3-butylene glycol, propylene glycol and di-propylene glycol, a non-ionic surfactant such as glycerin fatty acid ester and polyglycerin fatty acid ester, and a viscosity controlling agent, where the weight ratio of the water soluble polysaccharides and polyols in the mixture is 1-9.5:0.1-6.
