A method and a system for selling a conversation pack used in a conversational agent are provided to develop the customized and intelligent conversational agent by offering a conversation function to a usual agent and enabling a user to expand conversation knowledge of the agent. An individual conversation database(280) stores the conversation pack comprising the Q/A(Question/Answer) pairs made by the user and used in the conversational agent. A server(500) presents the conversation pack stored in the individual conversation database to the third person by the request of the third person and sets the conversation pack selected by the third person in a state to be used by the conversational agent of the third person. |
