A water vein blocking soil bed having kappa net with functions of blocking influence of water vein and electromagnetic wave is provided to prevent the influence of water vein and electromagnetic wave from a user, to soften a lot of pains by heating function through a carbon heater, to absorb electromagnetic waves which may be generated from the carbon heater, to give the user physical treatment effect by very low frequency wave from a very low frequency wave generating part. The water vein blocking soil bed having kappa net with functions of blocking influence of water vein and electromagnetic wave comprises: multiple supporting legs(102); a basement established on the supporting legs(102); an upper plate comprising an outer cover(111), an external frame(112), an alumina for blocking influence of water vein(113), a generating part of very low frequency waves(130), waterproofing paper(114), urethane(115), an insulating paper(116), a carbon heater for heating(117), an insulating paper(118), a kappa net for blocking water vein(119), a kappa plate for blocking water vein and electromagnetic waves, a biozine(121), and a soil layer(122); and an absorbing part of electromagnetic waves. The kappa net for blocking water vein(119) includes longitudinal kappa lines, horizontal kappa lines and a ground wire connected to the grounding terminal in the electrical plug.
