PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose one technique for designing a semiconductor circuit on a multi-project wafer(MPW). SOLUTION: One or more standard modules having confirmed functions designed by one or more customers are specified at first. Some of the standard modules are stored in accordance with use. At least one reconfigurable module on a MPW is connected through one or more connection layers so as to be programmed. Furthermore, the standard module is connected to the programmed reconfigurable module according to a programmed circuit design. Then, the completed circuit is confirmed for final use.
