MONITORING TERMINAL, AUTOMATIC METERING SYSTEM, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic metering system which does not cause the missing of metering even if the date and time for metering is not registered with a monitoring terminal at the time of installation works. SOLUTION: A monitoring terminal is provided with; a metering means 11 which communicates with a meter 20 which meters an amount of used energy, such as a gas and electricity, to acquire a metered value; a communication means 12 which communicates with a center device 90 which centrally manages the metered values; an operating means 13 which receives installation operations by workers in installation works; a recording means 14 which stores control data acquired from the operating means 13 and the center device 90; and a control means 15 which controls metering operations according to the control data stored by the recording means 14. The control means 15 periodically communicates with the center device 90 to acquire control data when data which designate the date and time for metering do not exist in the control data which the recording means 14 stores.
