PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting agent composition which has an excellent snow melting effect, does not corrode metals, is low-odored and does not affect adversely to the surrounding organisms. SOLUTION: The snow melting agent composition contains tripotassium citrate (a) and a non-synthetic polyhydric alcohol (b). Based on the total mass of the tripotassium citrate (a) and the non-synthetic polyhydric alcohol (b), the tripotassium citrate (a) is contained in an amount of 20-75 mass% and the non-synthetic polyhydric alcohol (b) in an amount of 25-80 mass%.
