<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subtitle generation program and device, with which a subtitle corresponding to a video can be generated in real time, and the labor cost and training cost of operator can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: Keywords for specifying the contents of the video are stored in a keyword database 121, and messages corresponding to the contents of the video are stored in a message database 122.
