An organic electroluminescence display device is provided to secure good display characteristic in low-power driving by supplying sufficient current to an organic light emitting diode with low voltage by using boot strap effect of a capacitor. An organic electroluminescence display device includes a number of data lines(D) transmitting a data signal; a number of gate lines(G) aligned across the data lines to transmit a gate signal(Vg1); and a number of pixels formed by the data and gate lines. The pixel comprises a switching transistor(T3) comprising a drain terminal connected to the data line and a gate terminal connected to the gate line; a driving transistor(T4) having a source terminal connected with a source terminal of the switching transistor and a drain terminal connected with a power line(P) supplying external voltage(Vdd); a capacitor(C2) connected between source terminals of the switching transistor and the driving transistor; an organic light emitting unit(OLED2) connected to the source terminal of the driving transistor to emit the light according to the amount of current flowing in the source terminal of the driving transistor; and an inverter unit supplying the external voltage to the power line.
