Ice-cream, obtained by using an additive containing carbon dioxide, comprises ice cream base (E) comprising: a pasteurized and base mixture that is cooled below the freezing point; water; ingredients necessary for the ice-cream production; and a first portion of first additive containing carbon dioxide, mixed with a second portion of second additive containing carbon dioxide. An independent claim is included for an ice-cream comprising fruits, ice-cream base (E) and is made by blending the second portion of the second additive with the base mixture.
