The method involves passing an aerosol product into a machine equipped with a rotating device and a central part containing several cogwheels. The rotating device passes the aerosol product into the cogwheels, which in turn crush down the product. The liquid contents in the crushed product flow down into a low vat. The gas contents in the product are drawn into a chimney by air inflow into the machine. The gas contents are combusted in the chimney.
