<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a camera in a remote controller for a recording and reproducing apparatus to use the remote controller as an amusement apparatus at home or to reserve the recording of a program by reading out a program reservation code. <P>SOLUTION: A remote control apparatus capable of reserving and recording a program in the recording and reproducing apparatus is provided with: a camera 11 for photographing a still image; a normal remote controller mode/photographing mode switching button 17 for switching a normal remote control mode such as a channel switching and a photographing mode for the camera 11; and a normal photographing mode/macro photographing mode switching button 16 for switching a normal photographing mode for photographing a still image and a macro photographing mode for photographing a program recording reservation code. Where, the normal remote controller mode/photographing mode switching button 17 is switched to the photographing mode, the normal photographing mode/macro photographing mode switching button 16 is switched to the macro photographing mode, the program reservation code is photographed by the camera, and the photographed program reservation code is transmitted to the recording and reproducing apparatus to reserve the program. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
