PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator control device easily enlarging the range of a fine operation region regardless of the state of an actuator. SOLUTION: A pilot valve 48 is provided for pilot-operating a control valve 45 for controlling an operating fluid supplied to an actuator 26 from a main pump 42, with pilot pressure generated according to a manual operation quantity. Proportioning pressure reducing valves 51, 52 for reducing output secondary pressure Pco on the control valve 45 side to a predetermined ratio to input secondary pressure Pc on the pilot valve 48 side are provided in pilot passages 46a, 46b and 47a, 47b between the pilot valve 48 and the control valve 45. Solenoid selector valves 53, 54 are provided for switching the proportioning pressure reducing valves 51, 52 into a pressure-reducing operating state and a non-operating state.
