Provided is a needleless external shunt for hemodialysis using a body, a shim, and a faucet, thereby minimizing a load of the heart by excessive dilatation of an arteriovenous fistula. A body has a first flow-out tube(2) formed on an outer a lower portion of the body, a second flow-out tube formed on an outer upper portion of the body, a flow-out pass tube(4) integrally formed with the first flow-out tube, and a fixing stepped portion formed on a middle portion of the body. A shim(7) has a male threaded portion having a stopper(8) attached thereon. A faucet consists of a support having a female threaded portion for supporting the shim. The external shunt for hemodialysis has a control member for controlling blood flow by rotating the shim.
