Fertilizer for garden plant which comprises stevia extract and selenium, and process of manufacturing the fertilizer are provided to apply the fertilizer to farm crops and harvest the crops containing beneficial organic selenium, activate growth of the crops, and have strong resistance against damage by blight and harmful insects by preparing the stevia extract through drying, pulverizing, extracting and concentrating processes. The fertilizer is prepared by concentrating extract of stevia plant texture, fermenting and ageing the concentrate, and adding selenium, especially, organic selenium to the aged concentrate. During the fermentation step, the stevia concentrate is fermented by repeatedly introducing air in constant periods. The stevia extract contains stevia concentrate obtained by milling stevia leaves and stems, dipping the milled powder in water and heating the wet material, and aged in solution containing beneficial ingredients generated by bacteria after fermenting and ageing the concentrate. |
