PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift carrier with a two-wheeled carrying function which has simple structure and reduces the amount of protruding of the two-wheeled vehicle from a frame as much as possible. SOLUTION: The lift carrier is equipped with the approximately rectangular frame 3 mounted to a lift hanger, a riding part 3d formed on the front surface of the frame 3, and a two-wheeled vehicle holding mechanism 9 formed on the back surface of the frame 3. The two-wheeled vehicle holding mechanism 9 has a first wheel holding part 11 which is provided at further the position close to one side than the center in the upper side frame 3a of the frame 3, and holds the front wheel 25 or the rear wheel 27 of the two-wheeled vehicle 23, and a second wheel holding part 13 which is provided on a vertical side frame 3b at the opposite side to the first wheel holding part 11 with respect to the center line of the frame 3, and holds the rear wheel 27 or the front wheel 25.
