A device for measuring displacement of an earth anchor is provided to precisely measure displacement of each earth anchor lengthened by earth pressure applied to the earth anchor, and reduce measurement expense by using no expense equipment such as an expensive angle meter or balance. A spacer(110) forms concaved grooves(112) along an edge to pass sheath tubes including a PC(Prestressed Concrete) steel wire strand at intervals, vertically installs a connection pipe(114) at a central part, and forms a penetrating hole(116) for inserting an injection tube at both side of the connection pipe. The injection tube is used for injecting cement paste. A displacement measurement pipe(120) forms a screw part(122) engaged with the screw part(114a) formed to a front outer circumference of the connection pipe, forms multiple long holes(124) faced with each other along a lengthwise direction, and has a scale(120a) for measuring the displacement of the earth anchor at an outer side of the long hole.
