The arrangement has a base plate with threaded holes, and a printed circuit board arranged on the plate. A cooling device is arranged on a processor and fastened at the holes using screws (8). Spacers (11) are arranged between the plate and board in an area of the holes. The plate has stampings (12) in which the spacers are introduced by sliding/rotary motion such that the spacers are retained by the stampings in the area of the holes.
