A structure of a support plate for a window frame in a building is provided to install the window frame in an opening part easily by contacting a lower protruded piece to an insertion groove and elastically supporting a lower part of the window frame with a spring, and to support the lower part of the window frame firmly by charging cement mortar in finishing the opening part of the window frame. A support plate(200) comprises a rectangular box opening up and having an insertion groove, an assembling hole, plural circular protruded pieces and a semicircular projection, a cover having a semicircular groove and plural circular pieces, and a spring inserted to the circular pieces of the box and the cover and elastically supported to lift up and down the cover. A door frame support plate(500) is combined with the support plate by an assembling bolt with a circular link, and the circular link is formed in an assembling unit. The assembling bolt is inserted to the assembling hole, and the support plate is combined with a window frame by contacting a protruded piece of a lower frame(160) to the insertion groove of the box. A compression material is made of Styrofoam, and inserted to the support plate.
