PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital image binarizing device for executing accurate binarization even when the S/N of an image obtained by photographing an image recording binary data is deteriorated and a digital data reproducing device using the digital image binarizing device. SOLUTION: This digital image binarizing device is provided with a target storing means 103 for storing all target images corresponding to divided images being the output of an image dividing means 102 by using a two-dimensional code, an index arithemtic means 104 for calculating the status of the most probable target image from the divided images and the target image and a binary data selecting means 105 for selecting the binary data to be outputted based on the index value.
