<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new anti-CTLA-4 antibody composition containing a chelating agent and a cure using the new anti-CTLA antibody composition for diseases and symptoms (among which various new diseases are included). <P>SOLUTION: The anti-CTLA-4 antibody composition of the invention is characterized by containing (a) at least one chelating agent and (b) at least one antibody containing an amino-acid sequence of which at least 90% is identical to a heavy-chain amino-acid sequence indicated by sequence ID No. 2 and an amino-acid sequence of which at least 90% is identical to a light-chain amino-acid sequence indicated by sequence ID No. 4, wherein the above antibody binds to human CTLA-4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
