PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil exchanger capable of easily supplying new oil and disposing of the wasted oil, and shortening the time for constraining a vehicle for the exchange work. SOLUTION: An exchange tank 3 is filled with new oil, and installed in a vehicle. The new oil inside the exchange tank 3 is transferred to a reserve tank 2 by using an oil pump, or negative pressure of an internal combustion engine or potential energy. Thereafter, the wasted oil inside an oil pan 1 is transferred to the exchange tank 3 by using the oil pump or negative pressure of the internal combustion engine, and the new oil inside the reserve tank 2 is transferred to the vacant oil pan 1 by using the oil pump or negative pressure of the internal combustion engine or potential energy.
