PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of access performance to a memory module capable of performing high-speed operation. SOLUTION: This access controller control unit access to a plurality of memory modules 106, 107, 108, 109 has: a decision means deciding an access situation to the plurality of memory modules; and an address setting change means changing address setting on a memory space corresponding to each memory module on the basis of a result of the decision. This control method for the access control unit controlling the access to the plurality of memory modules has: a decision process for deciding the access situation to the plurality of memory modules; and an address setting change process for changing the address setting on the memory space corresponding to each memory module on the basis of the result of the decision.
