PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding implement capable of conveniently extracting/inserting and classifying binding documents as a conventional file binder which binds the binding documents through which binding holes are penetrated, when so-called substitution and rearrangement works which are performed under a condition that a large amount of the binding documents are piled up inward, are performed, the binding documents are pulled out once from holding members (binding strings, belt bodies, binding pins and the like) and are rearranged and a large amount of the binding documents have to be bound again to make the works troublesome. SOLUTION: The binding implement which can be mounted to the holding members without extracting/inserting the holding member of a parent binding implement (binder) is attempted to be developed, and a small binding implement freely removable to the holding member by such means that provides gaps for fitting which can be fitted to the holding member of the parent binding implement and holding nail parts openable/closeable the gaps for fitting, is developed.
