PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic oscillator where operability is improved at dividing of a piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic oscillator, a common electrode on a flexible printed board, on which a signal pattern having the common electrode is formed, is connected to a piezoelectric material, and the piezoelectric material and the common electrode are divided to form a plurality of oscillation elements. The flexible printed board has resin-made films, capable of covering the signal pattern and having light transmissivity on both the surfaces, and a light reflecting means of reflecting light waves is formed in the vicinity of one common electrode part of the films.
