<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a privilege information generation system, a central unit configuring the privilege information generation system, a computer program for materializing the central unit and a privilege information generation method for easily giving privilege to an introducer in a simple and easy manner by mediating the introducer and a referral without repeating the issue of a coupon or the transmission/reception of coupon information. <P>SOLUTION: A central processing unit 3 transmits mediation information to a portable telephone set 1 of an introducer who requires the introduction of a referral, and when the mediation information transmitted from the portable telephone set 1 of the referral is matched with the mediation information transmitted to the introducer, relates the introducer with the referral based on the mediation information, and transmits desired courtesy information to the portable telephone set 1 of the referral.
