<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for identifying composite molecular structures which achieves shortening of inspection and examination path due to non-destructive inspection, for example, shortening of drug development period, and consequently, stabilization of production and quality. <P>SOLUTION: The device for identifying composite molecular structures is equipped with an irradiation optical system (1, 12; 2, 22, 11) for irradiating the same sample 17 to be inspected, placed on an inspection target sample placing plate 16 with an X-ray beam that is restricted to be 0.5 mm or smaller in diameter and the wavelength beams of either one of or a plurality of infrared rays, visible light and ultraviolet rays and a detection optical system (9; 11, 3, 5) for detecting the X-ray diffraction pattern, obtained from the sample to be inspected and the reflected light or scattered light, emitted from the sample to be inspected and constituted so as to inspect at least X-ray diffraction spectra and a reflected light images due to visible light, simultaneously or continuously from the sample to be inspected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
