PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rim structure of dual wheels capable of preventing the dual wheels from falling when the dual wheels are mounted on axles while performing positioning operation of the dual wheels relative to the axles in a short time. SOLUTION: This rim structure comprises fixing means fitted to both ends of the axles of the vehicle, is formed of an outer wheel 1 and an inner wheel 2, and fixing, to each other, an outer wheel rim 3 having bolt holes 10 for fixing the outer wheel 1 to the axle and an inner wheel rim 5 having bolt holes 15 for fixing the inner wheel 2 to the axle in the aligned state of the bolt holes 10 and 15 with each other before the outer wheel 1 and the inner wheel 2 are mounted on the axles. The fixing means comprises fixing holes as through holes formed in the outer wheel rim 3, screw holes 16 formed in the inner wheel 1, and bolts 17 inserted into the fixing holes 11 and threaded into the screw holes 16 to integrally tighten the outer wheel rim 3 to the inner wheel rim 5.
