METHOD FOR PRODUCING FROZEN FOOD, AND FROZEN FOOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing frozen food comprising packaging uncooked food and freezing the packaged uncooked food so as to be cooked with a microwave oven when eating: and to provide frozen food.

SOLUTION: The method for producing frozen food comprises the following process: a process of processing raw food into ingredients applicable to cooking; a process of preparing seasoning for seasoning the ingredients processed in the ingredient processing process; a steam-package sealing process of packaging the seasoning prepared in the seasoning preparing process and the ingredients processed in the ingredient processing process, and sealing the package; and a freezing process of freezing a steam package sealed in the steam package sealing process.
