PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker contributive to weight reduction in which a rolling phenomenon due to vibration of a voice coil is suppressed sufficiently even at the input, disconnection and layer short circuit of the coil are suppressed, and cooling effect of heat due to vibration of the voice coil is enhanced. SOLUTION: When a voice coil 6 is held at the outer circumference of a magnetic circuit arranged with two magnets 3 and 4 while opposing the same poles through a predetermined distance in a frame 5 coupled with the magnetic circuit by means of a vibration cone 9 and a damper 10, an inner circumferential part of the vibration cone 9 is bonded to the upper end portion of the voice coil 6 and an inner circumferential part of the damper 10 is bonded to the lower end portion of the voice coil 6 so that the voice coil 6 is held at upper and lower points thus constituting the speaker 1.
