PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for an air filter which increases an amount of a functional agent supported and making the functional agent hard to fall from a carrier, its manufacturing method and the air filter with a high performance, having a long life, and making the functional agent hard to fall. SOLUTION: After a slurry containing a powder of the functional agent and a thermoplastic resin is applied to or sprayed on a fibrous carrier or the fibrous carrier is immersed in the slurry containing the powder of the functional agent and the thermoplastic resin, the fibrous carrier containing the slurry is dried to obtain the fibrous carrier to which the powder of the functional agent and the thermoplastic resin are added and this fibrous carrier is subjected to heating and compression treatment to manufacture the sheet for the air filter. The sheet for the air filter obtained by heating and compressing the fibrous carrier to which the powder of the functional agent and the thermoplastic resin are added and the air filter obtained by molding the sheet for the air filter are also disclosed.
