PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing retransmission to another contact telephone number of the same destination, when a call has failed. SOLUTION: The retransmission method comprises steps of: making a call to a first contact telephone number that is included in a content registered in a phone book of a callee; receiving call status information about the conditions in which telephone conversation is disabled, when the call is in the state where the telephone conversation is disabled; analyzing the call status information and searching the content registered in the phone book of the party called; and performing retransmission to an another contact telephone number that is included in the content registered in the phone book of the party called, on the basis of the analysis and the search.
