PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor simplifying a structure for performing capacity control, liquid injection, or the like, accurately sensing a discharge temperature, and obtaining a sufficient cooling effect of liquid injection. SOLUTION: A cover 63 mounted to a fixed scroll 7 is formed with a discharge muffler chamber 72 communicating with a discharge hole 14; a discharge passage 73 allowing the discharge muffler chamber 72 and a high pressure chamber 9 of a sealed container 1 to communicate with each other; a communicating passage 78 allowing a save hole 66 and a return hole 67 to communicate with each other; a capacity control valve 81 located in the communicating passage 78 and operated by back pressure to open/close the save hole and return hole; a back pressure passage 86 for applying back pressure to the capacity control valve 81; and a liquid injection passage 88 communicating with an injection hole. A pipe 74 with a built-in temperature sensing part of a temperature detector is inserted in the discharge passage 73, and packing 90 of a volume reducing member is inserted inside a connecting pipe 87 connected to the liquid injection passage 88.
