The method involves obtaining vocal information by the application of one coder/decoder on a sounding message. The sound information is completed by data to be transmitted for forming a data frame. The data frame is transmitted as the result of the coding of the sounding message by another coder/decoder, where the flow of the latter coder/decoder is greater than the flow of the former coder/decoder.
