The panel body is formed by joining, welding and realization of a layer of alveolar material. The visual characteristics of the panel consists of principal linear formation from molding or obtained by forming, protuberant or returning of grooves, vein, edge or fold grooves. The linear formation is subjected to line of decorative seam, pricking or notching to form the secondary formations extending perpendicularly or in a tilted way compared to the longitudinal direction of the line formation. The principal formation has marks and needle traces which form the outline of the seam or pricking line of the assembly. A sealing off material is applied on the non-apparent face of the skin or cover before association of the skin or cover. An independent claim is also included for structural panel for covering or lining interior of vehicle.
