<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrance/exit management system capable of preventing management information from being lealked unnecessarily. <P>SOLUTION: The passage management system for managing passage in a management object including a common part used by tenants or the like of a multi-tenant building includes a personal authentication terminal like an ID card reader 2 for authenticating a person by personal identification and a management information storage device 5 for storing management information including identification information which is registered for personal identification on the personal authentication terminal.
